Terms and conditions of purchasing the voucher

1. The Voucher holder must contact the facility to arrange the date of its use and collect the original voucher (to determine the shipping address of the document).

3. The Quota Voucher remains valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase.
4. Voucher must be used once, redemption takes place upon presentation of the Voucher
5. We require presenting the voucher at check-in
6. You may not use the voucher during long holiday weekends, holidays, and the New Year's Eve period.
